Like build stadiums maybe four in every county..have counties n national gov allocate a certain % in sports...bring in colleges or unis,corporations to support local teams..have these stadiums manages by representative boards from sports players gov banks colleges corporations etc..
Am watching a local tournament and counting hundreds of people if they paid to watch these matches that would translate into lots of money for even players..sports also especially has a lot if influence on local politics
