Shabhal was long given Buxton project..he cannot say ngwee..his 5b project will disappear.That is the leverage Joho has on him.Jubilee had no bargaining chips in Mombasa so it's foolish to say that jubilee exchanged NBO for MSA.Jubilee are using Rail Pork candidate as bargaining chip in Nairobi.Poor Tim.Sakaja wins as folks don't like on your face projects.Igathe arudi Muranga
