I see Genz has picked up this slow ethnic conflict in DRC. How successful has the recent peacekeeping missions have been? Who are these m23 rebels?
Is there constant killing to warrant the genocide label. I know over 7 major conflicts have happened in Drc in the recent past. Some going all the way to Burundi, Rwanda and Uganda. However is this a localized conflict with very minimal killings but heavy displacement?
