I think Ruto will have no option except make a deal with Moses Kuria - Mwangi Kiunjuri is dead (killed by Munya at Kilimo hse) - as long as Moses Kuria and Kiunjuri are reasonable - I dont see any problem.

The deal should be predicated on their performance in 2022 election - so basically IFF deal - If CCK wins 15 seats - they get one cabinet - if they 30 seats - they get 2 cabinet seats.

So basically Moses Kuria will find himself in cabinet.

What Ruto will not agree to is of course Moses Kuria pretending to negotiate on behalf of entire GEMA and demanding 40 percent - hiyo apeleke kwa Raila. He will get one or two cabinet seat - one for himself. The same for Mwangi Kiunjuri and Wa Iria if they perform.

As long as it done late April - no problem - because giving leg room to CCK now will kill UDA momentum in Mt kenya. It also depend if Moses Kuria is reasonable - because Ruto has to make deals with many people - and still reserve the bigger pie for UDA tent that has 150mps.
