BBI had good proposals and very toxic ones. Ruto picked what he liked. Opposed what he didnt. Ruto also saw BBI for what it was - at best an attempt for Raila to reboot his politics by just doing a referendum - and forcing Ruto to go NO.

We never got to reach voting for or against BBI - But Ruto definitely opposed BBI from the word go - insisting it was not a priority.

When Ruto realized BBI was heading to the referendum he cobbled up 'proposals'. He even backtracked on Ombudsman feebly insisting on Judiciary role in his appointment

This was one year. Ruto I suspect was one financing most of the legal cases against BBI. Ruto fought BBI very intelligently - he didnt expend more time and energy - than the rubbish required. He concentrated on hustler/bottom up as opposition to BBI and it's paying off

Classic strawman argument. You wanted Ruto to support this BBI rubbish. I wanted Ruto to oppose BBI.I believe Ruto opposed BBI in an intelligent way - he never supported it. When you were openly opposed to his approach of BBI. Now pretending that you fully supported. RV to be honest with You if Ruto went with the way you have been proposing he would be trailing in the Presidential quest. What if the court had not stopped it. What would you recommend. Just support the BBI. No - Ruto would have to oppose it - otherwise as for me - I would have vote NO.
