That explain it. They are thinking Ruto is fundraising for 2022. And they think they can cripple Ruto finanancially.

This is what Uhuru did to Kalonzo and NASA - so I think we should expect to see Ruto allies accounts getting blocked.

But knowing Ruto - he is already many steps ahead.
