Raila strategy starts and end with uhuru holding Ruto down - and that clearly has failed - because as long as Ruto get 60 percent of GEMA - it over. Uhuru has already failed in that respect. Ruto has entered GEMA directly.
Now Raila next strategy is to play for 2nd Round. He knows it will be hard to nail all 3 NASA guys again. He could nail one - but not 2 other.
So for now the strategy is to aim for a re-run. He will convince Uhuru and all the others that each of them run hard on their regions - and deny Ruto the votes - and the 2nd round - he will face Ruto as the 2nd best.
That strategy could work. Ruto needs rigging margins - so he needs to nail one of OKA principles - or nail 80 percent of GEMA.
The only way for Raila to stop Ruto is to support him and thdn later do a Moi on him like 2002.
ODM have come to this realization very late. Still its a lethal weapon. Ruto being brilliant he will neutralize this strategy..
