Null and void. Those changes are against Cok2010. Unless it was ammended. Which judiciary will kill it. Wambugu and others are just showing CoA why BBI need to be killed in such a macabre version nobody will want to imagine ammending Katiba again.

Judiciary will remain as is. These ideas should have been in 2010.

Immediate concern for Mps should be to use CDF to build more courts and jails -

Lots of people at bottom are suffering -because you find there are few courts - and even fewer jails.

The judiciary should be funded to be able to hire 300 magistrates courts - 47 high courts - 24 court of appeals - and of course one appeal.

Counties should also be allowed to establish small judiciary for small issues - kadhi like courts - crimes like alcoholism - should be dealt by county courts - and each county can decide how to handle this.

No need to clog the system with many by-laws crimes - like petty thieves, alcoholism, drunk and disordely.

Out of 290 const/subcounties/districtis  - we only 1/3 with magistrate courts. This is one of the problem.
