You're a funny cartoon - Kooome is one woman in 7 bench Supreme Court. She has no extra vote. BBI has to pass 7 bench Court of appeal. And then 7 Bench Supreme Court.

Even if Uhuru was to start with Koome - he always start minus Mwilu :) - the enemy :)

The role of CJ is now mainly administrative -

BBI that went 20-0 in 5 bench high court Ressurection everyone knows is impossible. Prof Ngugi with his Alliance UON Harvard :) high-grade brain really tied of all the loose ends - appealing is just an exercise in futility

BBI rulling is already a masterpiece in the legal world globally - how do you overturn something like that - :) :)
