Hell No! You cannot be an objective election observer when

1. You have rigged elections
2. You have refused opponent's observers in your home base
3. Have never accepted election loss
4. Have never accepted court petition results

For Hon. Raila to be observing elections in Mozambique, this is a Joke.

But I will give him the benefit of doubt, and wait for his observations.
