Kalenjins and Kikuyus must be called out for bad leadership

Now that Kenyans are focusing on bad leadership as the reason for our political and economic woes Kikuyus and Kalenjins must be called out. Kikuyus and Kalenjins tribalize all that is good with Kenya and attribute it to their leadership.  They should do the same turning Kenya into corruption mecca of Africa and the world. If Nyerere planted the seeds of leadership accountability in TZ, Kenyattaa planted the seeds of impunity in Kenya and his culture of corruption.  It is understandable that for Moi to survive, he had to fuata Nyayo but  once he consolidated power, he should have moved Kenya to the more disciplined and honest Kalenjin culture as his governing principle. Instead he got greedy and power hungry and  decided to fuata Nyayo on corruption and impunity and he instead culturalized the kalenjin people into the culture of corruption and impunity that Kenyatta had created.  Both Kikuyus and Kelenjins should voluntarily step aside and let Kenya be led by someone from another tribe.

Political leadership is total thuggery. There are effective leaders in schools for instance. Private sector also has serious leadership save for a few tenderpreneurs - you have to do crazy work to lead some of these businesses.

Once anyone gets into political leadership majority get sucked into the longstanding structural mess inherited from colonial settlers' thuggery.

Desperate about what?   We all know tribe has always been at the center of Kenya's political thuggery, corruption and mismanagement of the economy since Kenyattaa tribalized Kenyas politics and Moi perfected it.  After years of playing tribal politics to the hilt, Kalenjins and Kikuyus cannot just urge folks to move forward as if tribalism was never an issue.  Tribalism is not going anywhere soon. Its now part of our political culture and cannot be wished away.  The next president's tribe is more important than his/her qualification.  Kenya cannot just move forward until this tribal thing is settled.  We cannot have another Kalenjin or Kikuyu president in 2022 and expect the country to "move forward".  The only way to move forward is with a non Kale non kikuyu president.  I strongly recommend RAO as the President to move us to a post-tribal Kenya.

Very self-serving statement: May the best man win. Kenyans of other tribes have entrusted Raila so many chance - and he has failed. Kalenjin did it in 2007. Luhyas have done it severally. Kambas twice. Gusii and Coast. And Yet HE HAS FAILED TO NICK IT.

I am a kikuyu Karinga but do not want any Kikuyu, Kalenjin anywhere near presidency. I do not even want them for deputy presidency. I hear some people mentioning that idiot son of Moi, that name alone should make every Kenyan throw up uncontrollably. I hope Uhuru does not even in his wildest dreams think that he can shove this idiot down our throats, it's one thing to deal the threat of a thieving kale Ruto presidency but it takes to a new level with another Moi presidency.
