It by CPF - County Pension Fund - and it will house counties - self-sustaining. I they now they are paying expensive office space at Delta House. Each county has liason office in Nairobi.

I will continue preaching, corruption has its limits. It debases us all, I have always asked myself, can a corrupt economy produce a Beyoncé or Halle  berry? Or Sidney Poitier, Denzel Washington?  Hungry country  do not develop a body like that, you will have a few ones that has benefited from the system, they look okay but the competition from the corrupt man is huge, the corrupt man always wins because he has the food, he is familiar and on TV but that’s the kalenjin way of building a country, it’s off and I will die defending against it, it’s the race to the bottom.
