The comment on link between TB positive and BCG jab while true is a wrong hypothesis as this is about spreading.

https://www.cdc.gov/tb/topic/testing/testingbcgvaccinated.htm#:~:text=A%20positive%20reaction%20to%20a,people%20who%20have%20received%20BCG.

Likely explanation is working too many jobs- long distance trucking, flipping buggers while still doing school; no proper housing. Proof of the pudding be in the eating.

Kenya is awash with treatment resistant tb. As matter of fact in my village i know a family that was doing from tb even as late as 1988. With aids pandemic tb cases have been increasing. One thing is that even after confirmation of tb most kenyans in us will be in denial claim bcg as the cause. Even after xrays prove otherwise. One guy in my state had to be committed by a judge on public safety grounds to take his meds. Everyday a social worker or nurse showed up at his house to see him swallow tb drugs. Failure the state was going to committ him to hospital at his own cost

Yes sound like fake theory. Vaccination activate anti-bodies; it doesn't give you TB.  So unless US are testing for presence of TB anti-bodies - not TB they will find kenyans have it. But I doubt kenyans are only one who did BCG vaccination.

Our TB has everything to do with HIV-AIDS, poverty - all that firewood smoke has got to damage the lungs - and poor health care system.
