Okay assume you pass the referendum; then what :) Is there a clause that says Raila will be PORK in the ammendment :)

If there is anybody who wants the referendum badly it's WSR.

We need to calibrate our % in Mt Kenya. Is it 80% or 60%.

WSR doesn't like taking chance....so he needs to know...if he activates Plan B or C or D.
