Mutua is a good strategist especially when it comes to PR. he is now branding himself as a servant leader. They way kenyans are tired of politics of violence may give him a substantial following. One thing about mutua is that he doesn't rely on others. He seems to be independent and does his thing. He calling these listening tours. Yes they are like townhall. One of his argument is that kenyans know what need to be fixed and leaders should listen before offering solutions

Mutua is 3rd tier politician and has a long way to go. Kenyans are emotive - sobriety is a hard sell otherwise Kalonzo would be long dead. If Kalonzo does not land a good post in BBI lineup he will be cut in half but more by Muthama/Kibwana. Mutua chances of consolidating Kamba are slim. Elsewhere Mutua has zero traction much worse than Kalonzo.

25% of kenyans are undecided. That why mutua can get 5 percent which would make him a headache to everyone calculus

Ruto is working with Mutua without mutua knowing. The same way he worked with Martha and PK without them knowing. The idea here is to clip Kalonzo wings. So pump the idiot - encourage him to run - and he gets his 2%.
