These are two thieves that always pretend to be clean. I would start with Kiunjuri.. Match his income earned and his businesses if any and then recover everything else until he can prove in court he owns it. The other takataka is PK. he is a some sort of proud idiot that moves around pretending to be a businessman. There is no know legit business of his but he is loaded.
You have to do this to the political class until they start fearing untamed corruption
