Max is 22 - and I think we are already on that number - about 21. So he has to fire a lot of people to bring in a lot of people. I really doubt he will want a cabinet full of politicians heading into 2022. Unless he has abandoned any hope of economic legacy and is focused on BBI legacy.

The man had everything - Jubilee supermajority - but he has squandered it so much - he has to appoint the opposition.

The star has always wanted to create a perception that Ruto is being finished. Its on record The Star supported Raila in 2013 and 2017 election with no good results
