can the jubilee government please stand up!

Jubilee govt. has killed tourism and now the disconnected govt. is killing horticulture. Classic case of what happens when all hands
are on ICC deck.  How will jubilee implements its manifesto when they are killing jobs?

All 3 key sectors ;tea;horticulture and tourism; are facing serious headwinds.

Ouru cannot afford to lose these three sectors. He has to do whatever it takes to save what was there even before he can bring new things.  The presidency is 80% about economy.
