Forcing us to work at home now....
« on: March 17, 2020, 03:53:34 PM »
I'm actually sick at the moment due to an allergic reaction to some shellfish.. I think but the doc wouldn't even examine me. Just typed up my medical certificate recommended I take some asprin and told me to get the fk out of his office. No mention of that virus.

Half my colleagues are sick so they're encouraging us to work at home. One actually tested positive for the virus and had been wondering around like we shared the same office space, kitchen, toilet etc. Work told me my new laptop was ready to be picked up when I come back to work and consider working at home indefinitely... emailed me on how to access my voicemail remotely and login to systems remotely.

I want to work at work? I don't get much done at home. .. have you guys been forced to work at home?

Veri...are you okay? We are 100% required to be indoors in the bay area. I hope Robina is fine in L.A. I expect to see National Guard in the streets.

I think it's worse than reported. I think I've been infected for a while now. I say this because I take anti-virals when I have difficulty breathing and can breathe again. The last time this happened was in 2009 when I contracted swine flu and it took me 9 months to recover. It's not just some 14 day isolation. It's in your system and takes awhile to recover.

Please stock up on anti-virals like Tamiflu. Any sign of breathing difficulties and sore throat, take the anti-viral immediately. I take those anti-virals like pain killers, whenever I feel off, I take a pill and it eases it. I don't take the full course. My body tends to be strong enough to fight the rest.

Yes, please do. Docs are quite ok these days in prescribing anti-virals. Also invest in an infrared sauna. I have one at home and use this a couple times a week. Take care dearest KP.

You do realize that exercising reduces your immunity. right?
I highly suggest you do ZINC 50mg/day and Vit D 5k.

Yap.  Sauna boosts your immune system to get rid of the virus.
Actualy what happens is you get a fever because your immune system is trying to get rid of the virus. But since the body can only take so much, you start getting seizures after 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Do sauna nightly.

Yep, my sauna rocks.

I didn't know exercise reduces immunity, interesting indeed.

Trying to figure how it’ll affect Kenya. Now I hear Australia is being hit hard and the weather th re is still warm. If weather doesn’t slow it then I See lots of death in Kenya
Singapore was also hit

https://www.latimes.com/projects/california-coronavirus-cases-tracking-outbreak/

California was one of the first to be hit, yet cases dont seem to have spiked. Is it the warmer temperatures?
NY got it later and as you can see the spike is significant. And its just starting..
I just checked Wuhan, China and the temps beginning of January was mid 40s. Same temps here in NY. Nothern Italy had the same temperatures when it got hit. Seems like COVID19 incubates in spring like temperatures.
