it's been awhile since I've done a wire transfer ... I was shaking like a leaf. I've obviously been slumming it in the public sector for too long ... but I caught myself rapidly blinking, hands shaking ... scared sh!tless my precious offshore account could be frozen by the govt because of the corona-virus.
