Raila has zero footing in Bukusu - the battle is btw Ruto and Ford-K - all the way to Transzoia. As for Maragolis - MaDVD is unbeatable there. That leave us with Oparanya who won't even emerge in Kakamega - he is restricted to Butere - and - lower vihiga (Luanda) - and Busia - ODM zone - otherwise Wanga and kakamega proper will go Ruto way.
