Here what i heard during 2017 elections
Sonko was broke and didn't have cash as claimed. Person telling me this is a Nairobi political strategist working for jubilee candidates in Nairobi. I dismissed this. However it now looks like sonko may be not as cash endowed and previously claimed.
Secondly the fact sonko is still hanging around shady drug mules like and other shady characters like Simon points to me he is not in a hurry to reform
So bottom line sonko may have been involved in ubethical stuff as governor. It may be hard to catch him and prove a case against him. Also he is very close with Uhuru so it may be almost impossible to prosecuted him
Sonko lives but his days may be numbered post Uhuru.
