There is always a disruptive political climate since 1990s. There is no focus on the agenda at hand for those with power. Like now we have a government that in war with itself. I will elaborate later but the political class need to come up with a model or a truce that really keeps politics from interfering with day to day running of government or create confusion. We really need some level of maturity
