Why USA and Europe haven't banned a lot more of our thieving political and public civil service class is surprising.

It is proven that more illegally aquired money is transferred from African countries to banks in Europe and the US than foreign aid from those countries to Africa. The Western countries profit very much from the corruption that takes place in African countries. A country like Switzerland has more money from African dictators and their cahoots than all central banks in African countries.

Why USA and Europe haven't banned a lot more of our thieving political and public civil service class is surprising.
