I do not know how long Ruto will continue to play the "Moi Playbook" and how long he will keep on playing it when Ouru is clearly making a move.  It is clear that Ouru has enjoyed the stability brought about by the handshake and is now convinced that Kenya is better governed by a 60% plus coalition out fit that than the  45-48% plus rigging that the Ouruto coalition could offer. This maybe the beginning early steps of the formation of the new outfit.
