what did veri learn about the law today...

well, there's so much politics. Passing this and that legislation at this and that date. The textbook isn't accurate though, the authors (lawyers) are wrong about a lot of facts concerning geopolitics, economic policies and philosophical concepts like the social contract. I can't say I'm intellectually stimulated at this point but I've only really just started... I think my interest is with intellectual property matters like copyright and patents.

btw, I bought some cute outfits for mooting and my first fountain pen. :)

Legal research using boolean search terms are decades behind science and medicine. How can lawyers prepare for cases like this? No wonder law and politics is so messed up. I may need to switch down from a fountain pen to ink and quill. ..
