Parliament has recommended that Chebukati and his five commissioners failed in their mandate and must go. IEBC must be disbanded, they say. It is the clearest vote of no confidence in Uhuru's election. Of course, it is the same Chebukati and his wakoras who selected the MPs as well. The irony of the recommendation is lost on the MPs.
