Anglo Leasing 2 loading. MIS are so simple but for Mwafrika it is made to look like rocket science to justify billions to be stoles. Biometric voting kits, NEMIS, digital Occurrence Books (OB), Hospital MIS are simple systems which even KCSE kids are easily copying from the internet and recoding but billions have to be eaten.

It has to take misfortune on a grand scale for Zamunda to start thinking on virtues. Thanks to these mchapos from Al-kebaab terror. Past census exercises have been sickening political jokes. I remember in 1989, Saitoti refused to release census results..Central want to give the impression that they constitute 50% of Kenya's population for electoral expediency ndo waibe kura.

Now with every bonafide Kenyan to get a Huduma ID finally we will get our numbers right... because that is the only way the database will be useful.

And one other thing.... that brother or sister you thought you had, could just be your half-brother or half-sister when you dicpher what the DNA helix info  :D

Oh boy, can't wait to see this implemented.I trust they can get some knowledge transfer from Britain's experience.

Every grand thing jubilee thugs tout is a looting scam - SGR, NYS, laptops, medical equipment leasing scam and now this.

All these are rooted in very good moral arguments - we come to save you - anybody questioning or opposing this is evil.
As they say the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

You make it sound like we are suspending the census which will be costing 20 billion which will likely double by the day it is finalized if it ever gets finalized.

The thugs know how easy it is to convince masses that anything digital is foolproof despite evidence showing, they are the most vulnerable when you have our levels of systemic criminality and corruption .

Who said it is supposed to work?
Just think of the 15B CCTV system in Nairobi. Nothing works.
