Will Ruto teach politics to Uhuru and Raila using this VAT thing? Can the CDF issue tip the cart to 233 necessary to veto Uhuru proposals?

With little support from MPs can't understand why Uhuru had to talk of CDF which MPs continue to fight over tooth and nail. With several MPs netted by NIS-DCI selective corruption war, his about turn on revisiting the judiciary through budget cuts shows a person who doesn't know what he is dealing with.

Seems Uhuru/Murathe and Raila were outfoxed by Ruto's silence/non committal stance. Team tangatanga feeling the heat on the selective graft and magendo wars thus parliamentary fightback. I Expect selective oversight muscle flexing by Ruto in parliament. It is going to get messy and noisy.
