Ruto seems to be in panic mode. You know this because not too long ago he was so secure about his position that he was telling others not to talk about 2022.  Now he is the one running around campaigning as if the elections are being held in six months. It appears that he can nolonger rely on Plan A and is now working on Plan B.

That right there explains why they have dismantled JEBC. Only a revolution can save this country. Unfair and unjust elections are nothing but a waste of time.  2022 will be won by those controlling EBC

We have more than 4 years to go till elections in 2022. What Nanok says today will be worth nothing in 2022. The man is on his last tenure as governor and will soon be needing another job.

Just delude yourself - KAMATUSA yote - plus Northern Kenya (somali+borana+related) - is firmly in Ruto corner. Next battle is in the coast - and if Ruto wins the coast - and I don't see any reason why he won't - then Ruto will start 2022 race with 30-35% of the country - without any GEMA vote factored in. All these gains are of course at expense of Raila's ODM - which is now slowly becoming a LUO only party. The icing on the cake - there is no pre-eminent successor of Uhuru in GEMA - so Ruto will take GEMA yote after Uhuru picks his man as Deputy President. In the meantime I think Luhyas will finally unite under MaDVD+Weta and Kambas will split into 3 - Wiper/Mutua/Jubilee.

In short Ruto already has one leg inside statehouse.
