calls out isaac rutto from campus days and on memo to have counties share at 45% during constitutional forums....

isaac and wetangula only guys to have had their campus rooms burnt for being sellouts .... miguna must have been involved

haha ati rutto copied the 45% share memo to kibaki guys who shot it down now here he is having tasted county blood

Miguna still bitter on wasting his life and money on raila ..... a lesson to all younging investing in our selfish politicians
