Chebukati numbers got a turbo boost between 4-5pm on poll day

Seems the 48% turn out was a boost upon realising too low turn out on ground. KIEMS then went overdrive to deliver a huge voter turnout in the last hour.

5am-4pm voting delivered only 33% voter turnout.

The turbo boost put average turnout at (33+48)/2 to give magic figure of 40.5%

They configured it to match turn-outs in other re-runs all over the world and they cited them until one interviewer reminded Episu that they should now go back and discuss Kenya.
