You still have to guess which polling stations are done.  A list of the polling stations and links to forms and when is all it takes(a very long list towards the end, but pagination has been around 2 decades now).  And it is NOT difficult to code.  Looks like IEBC still has some ways to go.

I long ago concluded MOAS has no relation to anything in the real world.  Kenya has not had a chance to conduct a credible national election in 54 years, bar possibly 2002.  If Kenya holds a credible election one of these days, we might start to have some basis for it.
