It is a sign of total incompetence by Uhuru and Ruto to keep shouting in rallies like mad men. It's funny how the electoral fraudsters are busy telling us and our SCoK judges what to do.  I think maraga should have gone ahead and named these criminals, and set in motion the process prosecuting these thieving bastards.  Maraga let me down on that point.
