That's just one issue. And you have Jubilants whining over the invalidation and wondering "how the court will justify itself in the judgment".  In all honesty, just what did you lot expect the court to do? I grant you I expected business as usual too, so much so I didn't bother following the petition to avoid getting emotionally invested in the outcome I thought inevitable, but here you have 658 extra form 34 As Na bado. And then you protest and hound the court? Move on already.

It's tricks such as these that have Jubilidiots brimming with confidence about a 70+1% win in October despite pulling near 95% turn out in their areas and still maxing out at 54% including the massive rig.  Pundit will ride on and claim that the evidence was weak.

Kadame, I keep seeing Gusii type names cropping up all over this petition.  All doing good apart from that Minister with Double portfolios.  Must feel great, especially after that dodgy thread yesterday.....

Lol....Not really. I want EVERYONE all over this. If it's Gusiis it looks more like the "our man" Kenyan philosophy at play.  I don't mind comments I deem genuine and that are stated in better terms than sweeping bigoted ones. If it strikes me as false I feel obliged to respond since I have enough direct experience to know if the sweeping charges are true! If I have not seen that a lot, throughout my life, then I'm sorry, I won't discount that over the sweeping statements. It's always better to err on the side of NOT stereotyping ESPECIALLY if the characteristics you are assigning to members of the group by virtue of belonging are very negative.

They were busy fanning the "who knows what problems the court saw, who knows the basis of the decisions" story line. Now that the judgment is due tomorrow its time to get real I guess?
