Omollo's bot updated this page
« on: September 05, 2017, 03:25:37 AM »
It seems to paraphrase him:

Quote
Evidence[edit]
Evidence was based on examining the 41,451 forms 34A, the 291 forms 34B and single form 34C that represented the stages of vote collection. The court requested the originals of all forms be brought for inspection.[28]
  • Form 34A: 10,438 of the forms, out of a total of 41,451 were missing when the result was declared. Some presented by IEBC were carbon copies while others did not bear the IEBC stamp, and some had the IEBC stamp on a photocopy of the original.
  • Form 34B: 10 were illegible, 56 of them had no watermark, 10 of the forms were not signed by the returning officer, and 66 bore no stamp. 31 forms had no serial number, and 32 were not signed by party agents.
The NASA opposition claimed this jeopardised 7 million votes when the margin of the result was 1.5 million votes.

Pundit says the RO's give Chebukati a bad name. I wonder what he thinks about Form 34C? Poor Chebu surely at least could figure this one out... perhaps Chiloba misled him  :)

Criminals don't think about being caught. Besides, plan B was they were depending on judges taking the 5billion sent to them.

IEBC didn't really care who was being declared winner. Thats why they were sloppy.

Chebukati gave the original to Uhuru plus the certificate or he says he kept it to be endorsed by an advocate.

A sensible plan, especially remembering the free pass the 2013 SCOK gave IEBC....No requirement to share anything with petitioners and no real risk that any of all that could lead to invalidation anyway. A comforting precedent. :)

What happens to the form under Uhuru possession now that elections have been nullified? This one should rest in a museum as a reminder election theft does not pay.

I have stated this elsewhere in these pages. Advocates sold Uhuru and IEBC. Of course they had no defence. It is akin to being a defense lawyer for a man caught with a "smoking gun"

As time goes by, more and more evidence is coming to the public domain, the louder and more manic Pundit gets.   :D

Sometimes I feel like those of us who have authority to make decisions have failed. When a leader condones stealing and lying and other malfeasance and we cheer him, then we are the Satan of this world. Actually we are worse than the leader himself. All of us in here are leaders, like it or not.  Uhuru will win, but he will never shake off the evils that he has brought to Kenya.

Seconded.

We've lost sight of right from wrong.
