SCOk rulling didn't grant NASA any powers to order IEBC.IEBC should proceed with preparations as they know fit until judgment by 4 SCOK judges is out and they can tweak accordingly with limited time and we go to vote.Chebukati should not allow iebc to be distracted by guys set to lose again. This Chebukati is such a coward n after this Uhuru better get someone worthy of such position who can defend and protect IEBC constitutional mandate.Reading  NASA demands one would be mistaken to think we are in some coalition gok or caretake nara.

There is the media statement and letter to IEBC. They have differing contents somewhat

Look closely at what they are demanding from the letter

It's quite obvious that IEBC consulted with their boss (Jubilee) before calling the elections for the 17th Oct.

IEBC need to stop responding to NASA - a competitor - they should set to meet SCOK criteria if there is any. Otherwise if each party presented their demands - where will that end. IEBC should just do the usual public participation but anything from there  is no pending. IEBC commissioners were hired to independently ran the shop - they don't need NASA telling them crap. As far as we know SCOK issued a summary judgement - and for now IEBC will work with what they know - SCOK 2013 rulling say run-off is btw petition and winner - get on with it - the other common sensical changes in securing, signing and filling forms can be implemented. Also transmission need some tweaking - nothing major - more security - more bandwith.

When a fool say no election will be done on 17th  Oct -  proceed to hold the election.
