Beauty of electronic election is the paper trail and meta data.  IEBC had all forms 34 B when they called the election. Assuming all these forms were transmitted electronically by constituency RO there must be records of when they were transmitted and when they were received  NASA should get these documents.  Form 34 B were created from form 34 A so to verify Form 34 B NASA should request the meta data of form 34 A. Transmission time and receiving time of form 34A. Then there are biometric records. of the total number of those who voted, how many voters were biometrically verified? how many were not? Then there is the issue of rejected ballot...someone need to dig on this issue.

There is no room for live witnesses. All heard through affidavits, exhibits, arguments and submissions.

Affidavits and supporting documents will suffice. The main point is to prove what we have been saying all along IEBC generated their own numbers and transmitted that as polling numbers.  We must find out how Kimetrica numbers got to IEBC servers
