So kibaki the bar man in my local bar where chirchir mother also calls home tell me he was agent for Uhuru.He had 3 lines from 3 telcom operators.USSD app that has 4 menus..for reporting every 3 hrs turn out..menu for results...etc.Chirchir does his job with little fanfare but incredible efficiency..it one reason why I studied computer science in 90s..coz then Chirchir a fast rising telcom executive was trail blazer in the field.Now Chirchir rans safaricom dealership n his own tea factory.He doesn't hack...he just Know how to deploy huge IT operations.
