NASA sommersault is predictable

1) We want electronic voting - that was granted - machines worked - no dead voting.
2) We want electronic results - granted - no delays
3) When results doesn't work - give us scanned form 34A
4) When IEBC gives them - then next will be gives us physical forms
5) When that doesn't work - gives us the ballot boxes and re-count & re-tally
6) When that doesn't work - we were rigged anyways.

Chebukati & Chiloba & Maraga will be demonized from now till cows come home again in 2022.

That may be true. But I would have been personally satisfied if they just let everyone access the forms they have. Media especially. The struggling to avail what they have is the thing that raises suspicion. Raila may have disputed them but I think, to your surprise, most of his supporters would have pressured him to concede. But as long as those forms have remained missing, that's what makes people entertain such.

Hehehe we noted long time ago that Chebukati knight in shining armor will crack no sooner - Kivuitu & Chesoni are long dead - Oswago is in court. I think only Isaak emerged relatively unscathed. Some jobs you only accept with HUGE bonuses including reputational insurance. I doubt Isaak can walk safely in Kisumu or even Mombasa - Miguna is safer there. Maraga too better tread carefully - he does not even have Mutunga advantage of starting with a clean slate.

Wait for some time. Give IEBC the right of reply. Tuju has confirmed IEBC gave them form 34A. IEBC claims to have given access to form 34B. It's gonna be a huge download - so make sure you have really good internet connection and disk to save...and then huge calculator to sum things up :)

Chebukati and Chiloba should do their job and let the chips fall wherever. You cannot make Raila happy until you declare him the winner. Chebukati has no such power. Such power belong to kenyans.

Indeed. And all those guys had it easier than poor Msando. After Msando, some jobs are just not worth it. Justice Ringera was one of the most respected legal minds back before Kibaki made him head the anticorruption thing. Such a revered and brilliant personality then came tumbling down barely a year later. I used to say he should have never taken the job. I don't believe Kivuitu was a thief. Never. He was caught up by surprise along with all of us and was just slow to catch on until it was too late.

Without those demands and some of them being met, we would have known there was hacking but could not prove so easily. It made things harder for the fraudsters:

1. They could not move people en masse and resorted to piecemeal eventually being caught when the same people had receipts of having verified
2. Could not vote remotely en masse because the polling stations were reduced to 700 (That is how we caught them in Tharaka Nithi - again!)

The demand for the Form 34 is statutory. Read the excerpt from the Court of appeal to refresh your memory.... actually you never read the judgment!

None of the things you list from 3 have been done.

FORM 34 is supposed to be available for the public. Could you access it for Mogogosiek?

They are available. NASA claim they got 1. I find that hard to believe. Tuju claims they got the form. Those forms will be useless for me. Unless we have dispute on specific polling station.
