I agree electronic is meant to keep us - media & public - up to speed. So it's provisional until the signed forms are verified and declared. Nothing wrong with what's happening. If NASA has beef - as is emerging - they should be preparing requests to IEBC by now - with ready high court applications to sub poena data from IEBC - in readiness for petition battle. They must avoid 2013 mistakes of late/inadmissible evidence.

But this is what those courts ruled against.  IEBC cannot announce results without the documentation.  It cannot just be text, word of mouth etc.  The last few weeks, they themselves have gone to great length to assure everyone that these things will be tightly coupled.

Maybe they are correct.  But by announcing them without accompanying documents they are opening the door to the kind of doubts NASA is now spreading.

Windy.....Im hearing fununu IEBC has stopped and will only announce the results of the forms? Is that true anyone? A link?

I haven't seen anything.  But that is what they are supposed to do.  I honestly thought we would be seeing the forms alongside the result.  That is the impression I got listening to IEBC the last few weeks.

Well, word has it that NASA are about to issue a press briefing saying IEBC have agreed to post results backed up with the requisite forms and is telling people to ignore the ones currently being seen. Now, I dont want to fall for some hoax just to get false hope so im ignoring it until I see it on the news.
