Is an Albino a disabled person

Nominating Albinos to parliament is nonsensical . there is no discrimination in kenya of Albinos. Our Plumber growing up was an Albino. No one treated him different we understood his condition and let him be. There serious disabilities in kenya that can use this seat

Albinism is considered a disability.

Quote
Albinism and Vision Issues

People who have albinism always experience vision issues; a number of them have low vision. The degree to which a person with albinism experiences a vision impairment varies with the form of albinism they have. A portion of the population with albinism are legally blind, although they still have the ability to read and do not use Braille. Some people with albinism see well enough to drive. Vision issues related to the disability are the result of exceptional development of the person's retina, as well as exceptional patterns of nerve connections between their eye and their brain. Due to this fact, the primary test for albinism is a simple eye examination.

So you're saying Isaac mwaura is the same class with a person born without legs and arms?  If it is a diability then we need to consider it is mild and give others with severe disability a chance

Veritas I am talking of the spirit of the law on nominating a disabled. I understand medical definition but the reality someone like Isaac is not underprivileged he has a master's degree from Leeds University. He lost to a high school diploma holder not because of disability but his arrogance
