Yes look like it. Independence is kaput and UK remain.

But, it's a bad result for Cameron and his crew because they'll have to deliver on the massive promises made in the event for a no vote.  Bearing in mind that Tory MPs are grumbling and indicating that they won't support these proposals.  My greatest hope if that the turnout and overall participation of the Scots will influence the rest of the uk to do the same in their politics.
