And the so called elite say that Kenyan's are not capable of  understanding or voting  on issue's that concern them.  Yes, there is clan voting, tribal voting, reigional voting etc.  but Kenyans also vote on issues at local and presidential levels.  This election year, because of devolution, I see a lot of people moving to issue oriented voting and that is why MOAS maybe rendered absolute. Five years may have changed things in ways that the MOAS did not anticipate.

Lol that is a good ad? I wonder why others do not these ads? Mutua took pr too far..euphoria works only for 1 term nad if you do not deliver you lose. The most crafty person has been kidero. He has kept jubilee close and odm at arm's length until the election year.
