Retard
Can you tell the difference between sub registers reflecting voters at a polling station and a Voter Register encompassing all the voters?
Or will, in your wisdom, the IEBC avail a copy of all voters in Kenya at every polling station?
Some people are genetically imbued with idiocy. Ujinga hauna funiko.
For the intelligent readers: The IEBC is bound under the Elections Act 32 - 33 to publish the Voter Register in its entirety for inspection. Under the dark days of the Moi regime, the register was "availed" at Supervisor of elections for "interested parties to inspect". One had to prove interest and nobody could get a copy. Later under the revived ECK, political parties could obtain hard copies but the cost was so high only Matiba managed to buy one in 92.
The 2007 Elections showed Kenyans that the Register was crucial to voting especially in the wake of 110% votes for Kibaki in Kieni etc. Thus it was legislated and enacted in the 2010 constitution.
However Isaac Hassan decided to create his own interpretation and created multiple registers. One of the victories of CORD / NASA has been to get ONE monolithic Register. This has grossly limited the riggers the opportunities to hide names and ghost voters. The war over that register seems to continue as it lies at the core of any rigging schemes.
Jubilee would like to have the IEBC "publish" minute bits and pieces of the register and distribute them to the polling stations. That way one cannot see multiple registrations.
So when a Retard repeats the shit by the IEBC, it means his retardations has gotten worse or he is a willing participant in the rigging.
NASA will expect one NATIONAL voter register delivered in hard and electronic versions so it can be checked for double registrations involving ID Cards and other illegalities.
One week to the poll, the register will be accessible from al the 40K+ polling stations
