Here are 4 Scenerios:

1) NASA wins and He wins Governorship
2) NASA wins but he loses governorship
3) NASA loses but he wins governorship
4) NASA loses and he loses governorship

He only loses in scenario #4 and that does not make him history either. He can always make a comeback in 2022. Remember you predicted Raila to be history in 2013.

Isaac is history. Raila is history. The only plausible scenario according to my analysis and long time political punditry is
1) Uhuru win by 53% - there is no way Raila will win - maybe thro rigging - otherwise I have tried inflating turn out in his stronghold areas to 95% and he still narrow loses.
2) Isaac lose by even bigger margin to Dr Joyce Laboso.

Raila or Isaac winning is improbable. Staging a come-back is also improbable.

Of course if you believe in miracles - then anything is possible.

We have less than a month to as always find out who got it right.
