This is good proposal. You get 70% or youre forced into a coalition with second or other parties to make 70%.. But this is tricky because it would then encourage small parties and regional parties not seek consensus with big parties until after elections. So for example NASA would not have been possible as Wiper and Amani would still be having hope that they can make a deal with the winner..It is impressive that just 5% growth the economy has grown by 48 billion dollars
