The NIS sent Anne Kiguta to ask Ndii if NASA will disband the killer squads. I hope Uhuru knows those are murders even if authorized by the state.
The bill of rights guarantees every Kenyan or resident life of which he may not be unlawfully deprived of. The courts are allowed to pass death sentences which can only be carried out at the end of an exhaustive appeal process launched by the accused. I was of the view that the law should provide for automatic and fully funded appeals regardless of the wishes of the condemned person.

The argument that courts frustrate the police doesn't hold water. If the police are unable to prove their case against an accused person it means he goes free. The police have unlimited options to prevent crimes. Such include surveillance and increased patrols. They are hampered by their own incompetence and corruption which benefits the suspects. They therefore want to to remain corrupt lazy and incompetent.

Those who may have given him the illegal orders which he unlawfully obeyed must also answer for it. I believe the punishment is clearly prescribed for both the executioner and the issuer of the illegal order.
