Just watched PLO Lecture in Darlesalam university

I have never paid too much attention to PLO. However, I have to say he has a level of delivery and intellectual honesty that can inspire the young generation. You can tell from this lecture that he is a very curious and basic scholar. His ability to break complex issues and explain that in very relatable basic way makes he a good lecturer. I learnt a few things and he provoked my thoughts.

One the thing he mentioned is that he believes that Africa Multiparty politics lacks ideological differentiation and so the way to deal with the unhealthy competition is to form governments of national unity.

The lecture was on his paper on politics hygiene

got better and actually he gave what he hopes are solutions

His conflicted view on Museveni and Kagame

He is a gifted deliverer of platitudes.  I remember when he was anti-corruption czar.  He thought the position was just bigger soapbox for his speeches and nothing more.
