Kenya has given China another
sweetheart deal after agreeing to have a Chinese company conduct feasibility studies to expand the SGR to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) and the city centre via Syokimau.

Good as quick fix - but Nairobi commuter train need to be upgraded - I'd prioritize that - esp with RVR concession set to be cancelled. With  Uber and modern electric commuter trail in Nairobi & possibly Mombasa - we would fix traffic jams & matatus would relocate elsewhere.
